Excellent service

I needed to book different spa day packages for my group so spoke with Sophie B to arrange my spa day, she was extremely efficient and helpful. She made booking very easy and sorted everything for us.

We stayed at the Leonardo Royal Hotel And Rena spa Tower bridge. Good sized rooms/beds, (Twin Rooms x2 small doubles) clean. Recommend using the rear elevators or stairs where possible.

Rena Spa; Great facilities, pool, sauna steam room etc) leg massage treatment, relaxing. Therapist asked me my preference of pressure.
Families welcome at the spa.

My booking went so smoothly on Spabreaks, thanks to Jordon who I spoke to and he was pleasant throughout the booking process. Big ups

I had an issue whilst booking online, as I wanted to book a spa break for 2 nights rather than 1. I selected 2 nights, but the website was charging me for 2 nights but only displaying 1 night. I decided to use the chat room function and I was connected to someone called Joshua who took some initial details from me and gave me a call.

Joshua went above and beyond when helping me with my purchase issue. He was able to complete the booking on my behalf and ensured I received the confirmation emails for my stay. He even booked the additional extras for me and answered all of my questions with patience and great knowledge. We had a bit of a laugh as well - he made me feel valued and not as if I was just another customer.

Joshua is a credit to the company and through his service, he has made me feel confident that I can book through your company again. Great job
